Yes. In the request, under “Details”, choose the option “For someone else” and enter the passenger's name and phone number. This is how relatives book doctor's appointments or shopping trips for their parents, for example; the confirmation and the invoice go to the person who made the booking.

Yes. State the frequency and the weekdays in your request, or arrange a series of recurring appointments by phone. Companies and institutions plan series via their business account.

Yes, in a single request. We schedule the return ride at a fixed time or on call after your appointment, if you state this in your request.

Yes. Aargauer Taxi drives patients from the Lenzburg, Aarau, Brugg and Baden area to doctor's appointments, to hospital, to dialysis or to therapy, helps them get in and out and, on request, escorts them to the registration desk. The passenger travels seated in a regular vehicle; this is not an ambulance transport.

No. We are not an emergency service and do not provide medical care. Patient transport is for people who can travel seated in a regular, suitable vehicle. Please check directly with your health insurer whether it will cover any costs.

Yes, by arrangement. In the request, under “What helps the passenger?”, choose escort to the registration desk. The driver will then accompany you to the reception of the practice or hospital.

Yes. With a business account, you receive a monthly collective invoice for all rides, split by cost centre on request.

Yes. For every ride, you can enter a cost centre or order reference. It appears on the trip overview and on the invoice.

Yes. Aargauer Taxi delivers documents, keys, small parcels and spare parts in the Lenzburg, Aarau, Brugg and Baden area directly to the destination without reloading, with proof of handover. Express rides subject to availability; standing orders for companies can be planned.

Yes. Aargauer Taxi drives you from the Lenzburg, Aarau, Brugg and Baden area to Zurich Airport and picks you up there again, as a return trip with flight number and luggage details. We give you the price in advance as a binding quote.

According to the tariff: base fare CHF 6.00, plus CHF 4.40 to 7.40 per kilometre depending on the tariff level (day or night and Sundays/public holidays, up to 4 or 5 to 7 people), waiting time CHF 65.00 per hour. A surcharge of CHF 5.00 applies only to luggage not announced in advance or similar. You can calculate the estimated fare for your route directly when making a request or on the prices page. The price becomes binding with our confirmation.

Aargauer Taxi operates mainly in Lenzburg, where our taxi rank is at the station, and in the surrounding villages: Niederlenz, Staufen, Schafisheim, Hunzenschwil, Seon, Seengen, Möriken-Wildegg and Othmarsingen, as well as in Aarau and Wohlen. We equally serve Brugg, Windisch and Baden with Hausen, Gebenstorf, Turgi, Birr, Lupfig, Schinznach and Villigen. Yes, child seats are available. Switch on “Child seat required” in your request and state the child's age or height; the right seat will then be fitted at pick-up.

In the vehicle you can pay in cash, with TWINT or by credit card. Companies and institutions pay by monthly invoice with a list of rides.

Yes. Cancellation is free of charge up to 24 hours before the agreed pick-up time. Cancel or reschedule online via “Cancel or change a ride” with your booking number, by phone or via WhatsApp. You will receive a confirmation of the cancellation.

Aargauer Taxi currently has no wheelchair-accessible vehicle. Anyone who can transfer from their wheelchair to a vehicle seat is welcome: we help with getting in and take the folding wheelchair along. For rides seated in a wheelchair, we recommend a specialised transport service.

Yes. Aargauer Taxi is available around the clock, 7 days a week, on 076 225 23 23. Night rides, for example to an early train or home from a late event, are best booked in advance; short-notice rides subject to availability.
