Express courier for businesses: what has to arrive the same day
A signature folder, keys for the property, a spare part for the machine: six typical orders from the everyday work of businesses in Aargau and how we deliver them directly.
Six orders from everyday work
An express courier pays off when a shipment has to arrive today and nobody in the team should lose an hour in the car. Typical orders between Lenzburg, Aarau, Brugg, the Birrfeld and Baden:
1. Contracts and signature folders: the law firm sends the contract to its client; if you wish, we wait for the signature and bring it back. 2. Keys and access cards: the property management needs the key at the property today, for a tradesperson or a flat handover. 3. Spare parts: the machine has stopped, and the part is at the supplier. We collect it there and drive straight to the workshop. 4. Internal mail between sites: documents that must not be sent by e-mail or are needed as originals. 5. Documents with a deadline: papers that must reach an office on a specific day. We hand them over in person and record when and to whom. 6. Samples and small parcels: for the presentation at a client's in the afternoon.
Direct, without reloading
We collect the shipment from you and drive to the destination without stops and without a collection round. The shipment stays with the same driver the whole time. We confirm pick-up and delivery to you as binding beforehand.

How to pack properly
The shipment must fit in a passenger car and be packed so that it is not damaged on the way. Documents go in a sturdy envelope or folder, spare parts in a solid cardboard box. Write the recipient and phone number on it clearly.
State in the request:
- contents, number of items, approximate size and weight,
- pick-up and delivery address, name and phone number of the recipient,
- time window for pick-up and delivery,
- value, if the shipment is valuable. We agree value and liability before the order.
What is only possible by agreement
We only carry cash, securities, jewellery and other valuables, dangerous goods, medicines, medical samples and shipments that need to be kept cool after prior written agreement. Ask before you book. We never carry prohibited goods.
Handover with proof
We hand over in person to the named person or to an authorised person present there and record the time and name. If nobody is there, we follow your instructions; without instructions we bring the shipment back.
Standing orders and monthly invoice
If you regularly send things between two sites, we set up a standing order: fixed days, fixed times, price as a quotation. Billing is by monthly invoice with a list of all shipments. With the business account, several people from your business can place orders, and the invoice comes together once a month.
