Transport for care homes, Spitex and clinics: plan once, ride reliably
Dialysis three times a week, therapy, day rehab, discharge: how institutions set up recurring rides once and how billing per person works.

Who this transport service suits
We drive residents, clients and patients from care homes, from Spitex (home care) and from clinics in the Lenzburg, Aarau, Brugg and Baden region to the doctor, hospital, dialysis, therapy and day rehab. The rides are seated, with help getting in and out.
Clearly defined limits:
- No medical transport, no rides lying down.
- No ambulance service. In an emergency: emergency number 144.
- No medical or nursing care on the way.
- No wheelchair vehicle: anyone who has to travel sitting in a wheelchair should use a specialised wheelchair transport service. Anyone who can move onto a vehicle seat is welcome; rollators and folding wheelchairs come along.
Recurring series: plan once
We set up recurring rides as a series. Typical examples:
- Dialysis three times a week, for example Monday, Wednesday and Friday, there and back.
- Therapy twice a week.
- Day rehab from Monday to Friday over a set number of days.
- Doctor's appointment once a month, return ride on call.
We confirm every ride of the series. You cancel or move single appointments free of charge up to 24 hours in advance. The whole series can be terminated at any time to the end of the current week, unless agreed otherwise.
What takes the load off nursing staff
- Pick-up at the agreed place, for example at reception or the main entrance.
- Accompaniment to registration at the practice or clinic, as agreed.
- Return ride at a fixed time or on call if the length of treatment is uncertain.
- One fixed contact person for planning, instead of ordering individual taxis.
When setting up, tell us what we need to know about each person: aids, support getting in and out, who takes over at the destination and who can be reached with questions.
Discharge rides for clinics
If your clinic offers patients with private or semi-private insurance the ride home, we handle the discharge seated, with help with luggage and getting out at home. The order comes from the ward, the social services or the patient administration; the invoice goes to the clinic monthly with a list of rides and reference. Can be planned with the discharge date, at short notice subject to availability.
Billing: who pays?
The invoice goes to the institution, to the person themselves or to relatives, as you decide. For billing you receive a list of rides per person. Institutions with a business account pay by monthly invoice within 30 days.
Whether a health insurer or insurance covers costs is clarified by those concerned directly with them. We do not promise that costs will be covered. We can only bill an insurance directly if a written cost approval has been issued beforehand and we have agreed.
How to start
1. Give us a quick call (076 225 23 23) or make a request via the care and health page. 2. We clarify rides, persons, rhythm and billing. 3. We set up the series and confirm every ride.
