Forgot something? How to have keys, papers and more brought to you
The key is at home, the papers for the meeting are at the office, the charger is at the hotel: how to have forgotten items brought directly by courier without driving back yourself.
Typical cases
It happens to everyone. Instead of you driving back, we collect the item and bring it directly to you:
- Keys: flat keys, car keys or office keys, for example from home to your workplace.
- Papers: documents for an appointment, a meeting or an exam that are still at the office or at home.
- Small items: a charger, glasses, laptop or bag left behind at a hotel, a restaurant or with friends.
We drive directly, without reloading and without a collection round, in Lenzburg, Aarau, Brugg, Baden and the surrounding area, and elsewhere in Aargau by arrangement.
Fastest by phone
If it is urgent, call us: 076 225 23 23. We tell you straight away whether a driver is free and when they can collect it. We take short-notice rides subject to availability. Less urgent? Then request online and give a time window.
What we need from you
- Pick-up address and who hands the item over there, with phone number: someone at home, the reception, the front desk.
- Destination address and who receives the item, if not you yourself.
- What to collect: a short description so that the handover is clear, for example «bunch of keys with a red tag».
- Value, if it is something valuable. We agree value and liability before the order.
Important: someone needs to be at the pick-up point to hand the item over to us.
Handover
We hand over in person to you or to the named person and record the time and name. If nobody is there at the destination, we follow your instructions; without instructions we bring the item back.
What is not possible
We only carry cash, jewellery and other valuables, medicines and shipments that need to be kept cool after prior written agreement. Ask before you book.
What it costs
We charge according to our tariff for the route, plus waiting time if we have to wait at the pick-up point or the destination. You see the estimated fare when you make a request. The price becomes binding with our confirmation.
Tip for the future
Leave a spare key with neighbours or friends. Then someone can hand it over, even if nobody is at home.
