Why a customer shuttle

Anyone who brings their car in for service is left without a car. Many customers still need to get to the office, home or the station on time. A customer shuttle is a service promise your workshop can keep without providing its own vehicle and without putting anyone from the team behind the wheel.

Your customers hand over the car, we take them on their way and bring them back for the handover. Your staff at the service desk stay at their work.

A service day step by step

1. Drop-off in the morning: The customer brings the car to the workshop. We pick them up there and drive them home, to the office or to the station. 2. The car is ready: You tell us when the car is ready, by phone or online. 3. Return pick-up for the handover: We collect the customer at the agreed place and bring them back to the workshop.

Every ride appears on the trip overview, so the service desk can see which rides are done.

Every ride with your job number

For every ride you state your job number. It appears on the trip overview and on the invoice, so you can match the ride to the right workshop job.

For each job you decide who pays:

  • The garage: The ride goes on your consolidated invoice. Once a month you receive an invoice with a list of all rides. Payment is due within 30 days net.
  • The customer: The customer pays for the ride directly.

Rides are charged by the tariff. For regular rides, for example on fixed service days, we prepare a framework agreement as a quote.

Planned or at short notice

The shuttle works best with fixed time windows. For example: Monday to Friday in the morning from the garage to the station and back in the late afternoon. Tell us your service days and we schedule the rides.

If a customer turns up unannounced or a car is ready early, we accept short-notice rides subject to availability, in Lenzburg, Aarau, Brugg, Windisch, Baden and the surrounding area. The quickest way is by phone on 076 225 23 23, around the clock.

Every request receives a request number straight away. The ride becomes binding with our confirmation.

Set it up once

With a business account you agree once what applies to all rides:

  • Terms for your garage,
  • Billing address for the consolidated invoice,
  • Contact person on your side.

After that your team books rides straight from the service desk, by phone or online. Rides requested through the business account or by a contact person you have named, and confirmed by us, count as orders of your garage. More about the offer on the garage customer shuttle page.
